Garry Wayne “JR” Sanders, Jr., 37, passed away in Grenada County on Monday, April 22, 2019. Born April 15, 1982, in Tallahatchie County, MS, he was the son of Garry Wayne Sanders, Sr. and Janet Puckett Sanders. Garry attended Enterprise High School, and received his Certificate of Auto Body Repair from Holmes Community College. He was a member of Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church, and employed as a Band saw Operator with Martin’s Cardboard in Pontotoc. He and his wife Tiffany were married on July 1, 2005, and have spent 13 years together. He loved working in his shop, and restoring old cars. He was the kind of person who could make anyone laugh, but also the kind who would give you the shirt off of his back. Above all, his family meant the most to him. He loved spending time with his kids, and always stayed in touch with everyone in his family. A very kind and loving young man, he will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
