Big Creek---Clayton James Weaver, 27, departed this earthly life on Thursday, July 25, 2019. Born January 27, 1992, in Memphis, he was the son of Steve Weaver and Ann Moore Coleman. Clay was a 2010 graduate from Grenada High School, and of Christian faith. After graduation, he studied at Holmes Community College for welding, and then went on to Northwest Community College for auto body repair. He worked as a landscaper for Pro Mow Lawn Care in Grenada. On his days off he could be found hanging out with his friends shooting pool or just sitting at a bonfire telling stories. He also loved collecting and tinkering with old cars. He loved animals, especially his dog “Shotgun” which he considered his best friend. Clay will be remembered for many things including his sense of humor, caring heart, and his deep love of nature and music, and above all, the love he had for his family and friends. A very selfless and loyal young man, his memory will live on forever in the hearts of his family and friends.
