Randy Dean Jones of Calhoun City, 64, passed away from this life at his home on June 7, 2021. He was a loving father, grandfather, and brother. He was a 1973 graduate of Calhoun City High School, and was a devoted Christian and a member of Grace Southern Baptist Church where he served as a deacon, and was dedicated to the upkeep and maintenance of the church and its grounds. Randy loved the outdoors, hunting, riding his motorcycle, and working in his yard. Randy was employed at Winchester in Oxford, MS.

Randy leaves behind a daughter, Mindy Rish and husband Montana of Houston, MS; son, Jesse Walls and his wife Ashley of Pittsboro; 3 precious grandchildren, James Duke and Tanner Ray Walls, and Hadley Denise Jones; sister, Brenda Baker and her husband Jerry of Calhoun City; brother, James Jones and his wife Paulette of Bude, MS; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother and father, James and Margaret Jones of Calhoun City; brother, Charles Ray Jones; and sister, Faye Coker and husband Harold Coker of Grenada.

A Funeral Service celebrating his life will be held on Thursday, June 10, 2021, at 1:00pm at Grace Southern Baptist Church in Calhoun City. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 9, 2021, from 5:00pm until 7:00pm at Pryor Funeral Home. There will also be visitation time on Thursday from 12:00pm until service time at Grace Southern Baptist Church. Bro. Marlon Long will be officiating, with Bro. Ervin Wright delivering the eulogy. Interment will follow at Calhoun City Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Buck York, Daniel York, Montana Rish, Garrison Eatmon, Marty Baker, and Brandon Baggett.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Robert Sharpe, Lowry Guest, Brandon Fletcher, and Andy Mulkey.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Grace Southern Baptist Church in Calhoun City.
